Gospel Fit
focuses on health and fitness information for the black Christian
community. God wants a healthy diet and good exercise program to
be part of our life, not the goal of life. God has great plans in
store for us. Gospel Fit
reminds us to connect with God in all that we do and each of us should
align body, mind and spirit. After all, our bodies are the
temples that house our minds and spirits. (1Corinthians
6:19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who
is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own.)
